Triangle War respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. Per Google Play Developer Policy and GDPR guidelines, you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
What gets deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently erase the following from our secure Firebase database:
- Your display name, email address, and profile picture URL.
- Your unique authentication ID (Google Sign-In or email/password).
- All gameplay statistics — XP, win count, total triangles claimed, power score.
- Your match history and all game records you participated in.
- Your friends list, friend requests, and any chat messages you sent.
- Your matchmaking history and uploaded avatar (if any).
How to request deletion
To verify the request comes from the account owner, deletion requests are processed manually by our support team. Three quick steps:
Send an email
From the email address you used to sign in to Triangle War (Google or email/password account), send a message to shobhitkumarshahi9957@gmail.com.

Confirm in the body
Briefly state that you want your Triangle War account and all associated data permanently deleted. That's it — we'll handle the rest.
⏱ Processing time
We'll verify the email matches your registered address, completely purge your data from our Firebase Firestore database within 3–5 business days, and send you a final confirmation email when the process is complete.
What happens after
Your account becomes unrecoverable once deleted. If you ever want to return, you'll need to sign up again from scratch — your previous stats, achievements, and friends won't carry over. Per backup-retention requirements, residual encrypted backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before they're permanently overwritten.
